Rehab Training is a clinical Exercise Physiology practice located in Bentleigh, Melbourne. The practice was established by Accredited Exercise Physiologist Emma Sansalone in 2008. Accredited Exercise Physiologists are university trained Allied Health Professionals specialising in the assessment, rehabilitation, management and prevention of chronic diseases, injuries and disability.
Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists are registered with Medicare Australia, the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, TAC, WorkCover and are recognised by most private health insurers.
GP Referrals are required for Medicare rebates and bulk billed appointments. Talk to your GP or Medical Practice Nurse to find out if you are eligible for an Enhanced Primary Care Plan.
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Rehab Training was established by Accredited Exercise Physiologist Emma Sansalone in 2008. She assesses and treats a range of chronic health conditions and injuries and has a special interest in Rheumatoid Arthritis, Chronic Fatigue States and Exercise Oncology.
As a Health Professional Associate with Musculoskeletal Australia, she also has extensive experience and knowledge in assessing and managing various types of Arthritis and Osteoporosis.
Emma is Accredited with ESSA as an Exercise Physiologist & Exercise Scientist and presented at the ESSA Business Forum in 2011. She also lectures and writes courses within the Allied Health & Fitness industries. Emma offers consultations at the clinic by appointment and is also available for home visits and telehealth appointments.
Allied Health & Medical Professionals
Rehab Training operates out of a Medical & Allied Health Clinic. Health staff working alongside our Accredited Exercise Physiologist include Physiotherapists, Podiatrist, Dietitian, Psychologist, GP's and clinic nurses.
