Long COVID can have a significant impact on people’s quality of life. Research indicates around 10-20% of COVID-19 patients regardless of infection severity, go on to develop long COVID.

Long COVID is the presence of COVID-19 symptoms for more than 12 weeks following COVID-19 infection that cannot be explained by an alternative diagnosis.
